Tai Chi

Tai Chi is "relaxed physical movements with a peaceful but focused mind." It is a gentle exercise that works the limbs and muscles of the body.

Yoga

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise for people with MS. The stretching and controlled breathing exercises promote relaxation of the mind and body. Yoga can be practiced seated or with floor/mat exercises.
