CogniFitness - Keeping the Mind Moving

Living Well with MS

This program is for People with MS, or those supporting someone with MS, who desire to learn different aspects of “living well” and help support others in the process. Allison Shadday, LCSW, is a medical clinical social worker with over fourteen years of experience counseling chronically ill patients and their families, and is the author of the book MS and Your Feelings: Handling the Ups and Downs of MS. Some of the topics she will cover during this six-week series include: coping with change, MS and wellness, managing stress, and enhancing communication.
