Traveling I-91 North: Take Exit 38 (Poquonock/Day Hill Rd). End of ramp, take right, pass under highway and bear right at sign for the Windsor Corporate Area, following Day Hill Road for 4 miles. *see below
Traveling I-91 South: Take Exit 38A-38B / Rte. 75, follow signs onto Day Hill Rd, following for 4 miles. *see below
* At the intersection of Routes 187 and 189, take a right at the traffic light (Blue Hills Ave. Ext). Follow Blue Hills Ave. for 200 yards, take a right onto Griffin Road North. Follow the signs for bike MS: bkm/Steelcase Ride, presented by Louis Dreyfus Commodities 2012 to park and check-in.
Directions to Sherwood Island, Westport, Conn. Red Thread+Steelcase Ride, presented by Louis Dreyfus Commodities
From I-95 North and South: Take Exit 18 to access the Sherwood Island Connector. Follow the Connector directly into the park. *
From Route 1 North and South: Take the Sherwood Island Connector in Westport. Proceed past the I-95 entrance/exit ramps directly into the park.*
From Route 15 Northbound: Take Exit 41 and proceed south on Route 33 to Route 1. Follow Route 1 north to the Sherwood Island Connector in Westport. *
From Route 15 Southbound: Take Exit 42 and follow Route 57 south. Go left onto Route 33. Proceed south on Route 33 to Route 1. Follow Route 1 north to the Sherwood Island Connector in Westport. *

Directions to the Boathouse, Hartford, Conn., Cardio Express Ride
From North of Hartford:
Take I-91 South to Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Leibert Rd. The park entrance is on your left.
From South of Hartford:
Take I-91 North to Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Leibert Rd. The park entrance is on your left.
From East of Hartford:
Take I-84 West to Exit 51, I-91 North and then take Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Leibert Rd. The park entrance is on your left.
From West of Hartford:
Take I-84 East to Exit 51, I-91 North and then take Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Leibert Rd. The park entrance is on your left.
