Starting a Group in Your Community

 
Interested in starting an affiliated MS self-help group in your community? Great! Self-Help Group Leaders of affiliated MS self-help groups are valuable volunteers for the National MS Society. All new potential group leaders must complete a background check as part of the Chapter’s application and screening process.

Here are some things to consider and review prior to starting an affiliated MS self-help group:

To find out more about becoming a group leader in your community, please fill out the Leader Application Form. A Self-Help Group Leader manual is available to new leaders as a resource; a hard copy will be mailed to you following your screening.
