Take Action! Be an MS Activist and change lives!

Every day, decisions are made at the state and national levels that affect people living with multiple sclerosis and their families. Significant policy changes occur when citizens get involved in the process for there is true power in numbers in MaineMassachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The Greater New England Chapter has made important strides in the public policy arena that have resulted in new laws, regulations and public funding that benefit people with MS and other disabilities. Whether you are someone newly diagnosed or have been meeting the challenges of MS for decades, a family member, a friend or professional caregiver, your story needs and deserves to be heard!

Don’t just let things happen, make things happen! We and those with MS need your help!

What can you do today?

Speak up about issues that affect you and others with MS. Let your friends, co-workers and relatives know how they can help you and us. Attend community hearings and meetings and make your issues known.

Join the MS Action Network, a powerful grass-roots network of individuals with MS, their families and friends, as well as health professionals, fundraisers and other concerned parties who contact their elected officials to urge their support on a federal or state issue.
