Our organization is dependent upon the help of faithful volunteers and willing participants in all of our efforts.

We offer many different volunteer opportunities such as:

Office / Administrative Support Volunteers

Assist those with MS
Opportunities include spending time with people with MS,  leading a support group, and helping with household chores.

Opportunities For Groups of Volunteers
Volunteer groups are essential not only to the Gateway Area Chapter's mission, but to increasing community involvement in businesses, schools, churches, and social and civic groups.

Join a Group
A few groups currently exist and are looking to expand their membership.

Awareness & Public Education
Volunteers are needed to spread awareness, educate others and/or share your story about MS.

Advocacy:
At the National MS Society, we relentlessly advocate for federal, state, and local government change essential to people with MS.

Committees
The Gateway Area Chapter relies on professionals in the community to assist with the oversight of agency operations. Committee members are chosen for their expertise in their respective areas and passion for moving towards a world free of MS. Committee roles and objectives vary by agency priorities and professional specialities.

We are always open for new ideas and volunteer opportunities to use your skills to help so give us a call!
