The Greater Delaware Valley Chapter presented its highest honor, the 2012 Hope Award for philanthropic service and community leadership, to Judith M. von Seldeneck, during the MS Dinner of Champions on November 9. Mrs. von Seldeneck is the Founder, Chairwoman and CEO of Diversified Search.
The event featured tributes from former Independence Blue Cross CEO Joe Frick, Molly Shepard of The Leader’s Edge, Afaf Meleis of the University of Pennsylvania, Dan Fitzpatrick of Citizen’s Bank, Senior Health Care Reform Adviser to the Governor of Pennsylvania Rosemarie Greco, and Judge Midge Rendell.

The MS Dinner of Champions is spearheaded by a wide range of business and civic leaders, including David L. Cohen, Peter Dean, Larry Kane, Ira Lubert, the Hon. Nicholas Maiale and Molly D. Shepard. In addition to recognizing the contribution of local leaders, this fundraising event is pivotal to the National MS Society’s vision of creating a world free of MS.
