That's the idea behind Team Walk MS. Team Walk MS is the best way to be involved with any of the National MS Society's family of events. Find the leader in you by becoming a team captain today!
Forming a team is easy:
- First, designate a Team Captain and team name and register.

- Second, ask three or more friends to join you in walking and fundraising for the National MS Society. Teams are made up of 4 or more members so recruit, recruit, recruit! You will find your training and fundraising more fun by sharing it with others!

- Third, is FUNdaising! There is no minimum fundraising requirement for Walk MS, so the sky is the limit! On average, each Walk MS participant raises over $223 to help fight MS, so get your team together and FUNdraise for the cause!
