This activity is intended for neurologists, primary care providers, and nurses.
The goal of this activity is to provide the MS care team with strategies for improving the assessment and management of MS symptoms affecting mobility, recognize the impact of these symptoms on patients, and identify interventions to reduce the burden of MS mobility symptoms.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1.Compare and contrast techniques for assessing mobility impairments in patients with MS
2.Discuss evidence-based treatment strategies for improving symptoms of MS that affect mobility
